INTRODUCTION
Setting the standard for today's high pressure hot water cleaning, they are designed to be the most reliable machines of their kind with built in features, not only offering protection against expensive damage but also one of the simplest to operate. They are truly a workhorse against their mobile counterpart and solidly constructed to stand up to the rigours of day to day usage.
Used by hauliers, food factories, oil companies, vehicle dealers, plant hire, highways agencies, local authorities, plus many others, making this the ideal cleaner for most industries.
The machines can be sited almost anywhere where there is mains water and power, and, with the addition of solid pipework, can be piped throughout a factory or to a cleaning bay, allowing multiple outlets, taking the cleaning to wherever it is needed, without unsightly lengths of trailing hose.
SECURITY
The lockable cabinet is fitted with special anti-tamper screws ensuring only authorised access, offering full protection from misuse and abuse, and, keyed operation allows total management control.
The cabinet is designed to be anchored to a concrete base or wall for added protection.
TOTAL MANAGEMENT CONTROL
All variable controls are pre-set within the locked cabinet to prevent tampering. The detergent valve is also pre-set inside the machine, operated only by a switch, leaving you in charge of the chemical setting and usage and so, avoiding expensive waste. Key operation is fitted as standard to limit the use to designated personnel, however, push button-op is available as an alternative, if desired.

PROTECTION & SAFETY
Many safety features include both a pressure and flow switcth to control the burner, an optical flame failure sensor protects the boiler in the event of "flame-out", and low level fuel shut-off prevents the fuel pump from running dry. Water leak and low water detection shuts down the machine to avoid component and pump damage. Automatic "total-stop" shutdown when the machine is left running whilst not in use. The fuel and detergent tanks are removeable for ease of transportation and filling, reducing the possible risk of cross-contamination, a major cause of machine failure.
CONSTRUCTION & PERFORMANCE
Stainless steel panels are used throughout and secured to a heavy-duty steel frame with tamperproof stainless screws. Each machine is built and tested individually, using the latest in pump and component technology, allowing us to offer a product that will stand the test of time and durability, all backed up by an on-site parts and labour warranty, and an after-sales service that can be depended upon.

One company's needs can be vastly different from anothers, therefore, each machine can be tailored to your specific requirements. From the moment of order, customer involvement ensures that the configuration meets exact needs. A wide range of pump sizes are available from 1500 psi and a flow rate of 12 litres per minute to a very powerful 3000 psi at 15 l.p.m. A fully automatic hosereel with 20 metres of high pressure hose is fitted as standard within the cabinet to allow easy stowage as well as maintain good house-keeping to the wash area.
